Originally crafted as a personal project by the Marchese, Sassicaia defied convention by blending Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc, challenging traditional Italian winemaking practices. The result was a revelation – a wine of unparalleled elegance, complexity, and age-worthiness that captivated wine enthusiasts worldwide.

Our approach is straightforward: we endorse exclusively the most acclaimed vintages from premier wine estates worldwide. By prioritising top critic ratings, we secure lasting value for our investors’ collections. The graph below shows the most recent vintages with at least 10 years’ worth of performance. Every year the estate will produce a new vintage for that year. Please bear in mind that once a vintage has been produced, it matures in the barrel for 2-3 years before being released on to the market.
