Unlike many Champagne houses that produce a range of cuvées, Salon exclusively produces one Champagne: Salon Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil. This extraordinary Champagne is crafted solely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, showcasing the unique terroir and character of this renowned village.
Despite its renown, Salon Le Mesnil maintains an exceptionally low production level, with average yearly output totaling only around 50,000 to 60,000 bottles. This extreme scarcity, coupled with Salon’s unwavering commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail, has made Salon Blanc de Blancs one of the most coveted and collectible Champagnes in the world.

Every year the estate will produce a new vintage for that year, however Salon is only produced in years where they feel the quality is high enough. Please bear in mind that once a vintage has been produced, it matures in the barrel for 5-10 years before being released on to the market.
